Thanks, SD. She and I had an out and out war last night. I was very brave, though and stood my ground. I also came up with Rule Number Two for our house:
Rule Number One: Do no harm. Rule Number Two: Always be nice.
I'm thinking it was quite a breakthrough because this morning, she's been nice and she's been coaching Lucy.
Blissful. I am in the market for earplugs these days as [Son #2]'s volume control is on the fritz. Does anyone know a safe way to temporarily paralyze the vocal chords?
Finally wore her out, eh? She really is beautiful!

Whatever you had to do, she'll be a better person for it.

She is such an angel.
ReplyDeleteDon't kid yourself about kids, this a Phyrric victory if there ever was one and I'm sure she'll say that more often than you will.
