It's That Time Of Year Again...
I'm off for 11 glorious days. And, if my raise + backpay (from all the way back to July 2006) comes through, we'll be off to Geagua Lake! Let's hope my fellow bureacrats pull it off! Otherwise, the closest I'll come to an amusement park will be playing hours of Roller Coaster Tycoon. All things considered, it looks like it will be a good break.

Geauga Lake! I haven't been there in AGES. Didn't they turn it into Six Flags and then back into to Geauga Lake? I went to Six Flags once, several years ago. I met Daffy Duck. It was the greatest moment of my life. And I'm not even kidding.

I didn't know they went back to being Geauga Lake. Six Flags must be getting rid of a lot of properties, cause they sold a water park here in Columbus to the Columbus Zoo.
We used to take an annual trip to either Sea World or Geauga Lake. Ah, good times...

Oh my God. I went to Geauga Lake when I was 10. The big attractions were the wave pool (which I had a poster of in my room) and the corkscrew roller coaster. And I remember seeing a guy with an earring, and totally obsessing about if it was in the ear that meant he was gay.
I also remember the waterskiing show (like the go gos... hee hee!).
