A Windy Day In The Park

We had a nice time at Monument Park today. It was breezy and about 70 degrees. The sun was shining and all of the flowers were in bloom. And since a picture is worth a thousand words, here are 3,000 for your pleasure...

Sliding down the memorial...

Hangin' with Grandma Jean...

Blowin' in the wind...

Orange - I think it's "sliding down concrete" that's looked down on... at least in some states. I dunno.

Flannery - What absolutely adorable children you have! Your older girl in the second pic looks like she's had enough. What a cute expression! And your youngest is totally in the moment in the third pic! So cute!

That last picture of Lucy was one of many. That's the key to getting a good picture: lots of shots. I learned that on America's Next Top Model.

I am planning on printing an 8x10 of it and framing it. I don't want to mess with the color, though; all the springtime hues makes this picture extra special.

I took the picture of Lucy when we first got to the park. The one of Riley is when we were getting ready to leave. She didn't want to go, and she was very tired. Thus the worn out look on her face. But I like the angle, the 3/4 shot. She just looks so lovely to me.
