WebMD Symptom Checker Sucks
I've been having severe headaches this week. Yesterday, it came complete with light sensitivity and nausea. Today, it's just the headache and light sensitivity. I hope I was able to stave it off with some Ibuprofen.
But I went to WebMD to see if there might be something going on I ought to have checked out or if this was just a stress related thing. What's first on the list of possible problems I have?
A brain aneurysm.
I suppose that's better than a tumor...
Perhaps I just can't decide whether I'm more torn up over Ed MacMahon's death or Jon and Kate's divorce.

Seriously - brain aneurysm? That's super scary.

I have noticed that whenever I search WebMD for anything, I usually get one obvious hit, then it moves right on to "LIFE ENDING AFFLICTION OR CALAMITY!"
I think WebMD needs to take a Quaalude.

I'm glad that you filed this under Mel Gibson's fault. it's plainly obvious that this is the case.

That damn thing is always telling me I have brain cancer or could possibly, at that very minute, be having a heart attack. I don't know why I continue to use it. I like freaking myself out, I guess.

Holy crap, get it figured out and get better. You're one of the good ones, we can't afford to lose you.

Check out the below link. I typed in your three symptoms and this symptom checker is so much better than WebMD!! Brain Aneurysm is NOT shown as a top possibility.

That would be a migrane, right?

migraines usually cause light sensitivity and nausea. watch out for that brain tumour

Does anyone have a suggestion for a better way to check symptoms than Web MD? I think Web MD sucks! Thanks.
