Consumer Question

I'm thinking of having one of these installed at my desk:

Anyone have any tips? What's the best brand, price point? What options should I insist on and which can I live without? Should I spring for the warantee? Should I have it installed or can I install it myself?

I'll probably do some comparison reports, but I always try to get real people's opinions before I make a final decision.

Whatever brand you get, make sure your shoes don't have any holes in them.

I'd be sure to find out how breakable the ceiling is, first.

I've always found that everything from North Korea tends to be unstable: their ions, nitro-burning funny cars, my second ex-wife.

Also, Consumer Reports from 1985 ran an excellent piece on jetpacks, right between "Hot Air Balloon Cities: The Time to Buy Is Now" and "Vocoders: In the Future, Everyone Will Sound Like Peter Frampton in that One Song."

Yep, asbestos shoes, definitely. Also, don't forget to check and make sure it has a parachute. Preferably a golden one.

The best option available for an ejection seat is a fully functioning aircraft. Always remember, your military equipment was built by the lowest bidder...

Lemon, the thing on the top is the drone chute deploying to pull the main.

Definitely go for the ejection seat. I opted for the trap door, and it's been nothing but trouble with the city, and the inspectors, and the building codes, and the department of animal welfare. What a hassle. I don't know what I was thinking.

One starving musician came by to say: But look at the outfit you have to wear with that thing. It's atrocious.
